Cancellations and prepayments
You can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival.
In the event of cancellation in the 60 days prior to arrival, you pay 90% of the total price.
In the event of no-show, you pay an amount equal to the total price.
You pay a prepayment after the reservation is made.
We accept prepayments through: Bank transfer.
We will issue a refund within: 14 days.
Check in / check out
The reception is open daily from 8:00am to 10:00am and the key box is open from 5:00pm to midnight.
If you arrive between 08:00-10:00 in the morning you can get a free parking ticket for Europapark or Rulantica
The apartments are ready for occupancy from 5:00 PM
Check out is from 08:00-10:00
The visitor‘s tax in Rust amounts to 1,00 € per person and night (for max. five nights).
All persons from 12 years on have to pay the visitor‘s tax.
