Here you will find useful information for your booking and your stay.

Cancellations and prepayments

You can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival.
In the event of cancellation in the 60 days prior to arrival, you pay 90% of the total price.
In the event of no-show, you pay an amount equal to the total price.
You pay a prepayment after the reservation is made.
We accept prepayments through: Bank transfer.
We will issue a refund within: 14 days.

The reception is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and Keybox 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m.
The reception is located in Grafenhausener-Str. 4b in 77977 Rust
Please contact us at least 1 day before your arrival if you will be arriving later than 7.45 p.m. (this only applies to bookings by e-mail or via our website)
If you arrive between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m., you can park with us if a parking space is available, otherwise you will receive a free parking ticket for the Europapark (not for Rulantica)
The apartments are ready to move into from 5 p.m.
The check out is from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
On arrival you have to pay a damage deposit of € 100.00 in cash, which will be given back when you return the keys.

The visitor‘s tax in Rust amounts to 1,00 € per person and night (for max. five nights).

All persons from 12 years on have to pay the visitor‘s tax.
